The Presence Effect Choir is a creative sanctuary to sing freely, express your voice in beautiful harmony, and shake off everyday stress.
Far more than a traditional choir, it’s a warm, welcoming space to unwind and reconnect—blending gentle breath work and presence voice coaching with mindful inspiration and uplifting music from around the world.
Whether you're here to build vocal confidence or simply share in the joy of singing, you’ll leave feeling calmer, brighter, deeply supported, and ready to take up space with your voice.

Getting Here & Accessibility

By Car: Free on-street parking along Conway Mount (closest to the entrance) or £2 for 2 hours on-site.

By Bus & Bike: Bus routes 49, 50, and 50A stop right outside. Secure indoor bike storage is available.

Accessibility: Full lift access is available to our 1st-floor room.

The Presence Effect feels like a fluid and expressive 90 minute journey which is held by the reassuring and encouraging arms of Fran. All aspects feels incredibly immersive and freeing, from the guided meditation, humming to arrive and centre, and being given full permission to let your voice take you to a place of calm. The music is thoughtfully chosen, the people are welcoming and authentic, and I leave feeling happy in my own skin.
